Acceptance of terms

By creating a ListWorld account or otherwise using ListWorld, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ListWorld.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Account creation requires confirming your birth year; we may suspend or terminate any account we later determine belongs to someone under 13.

Your content

You retain ownership of the lists, items, images, and other content you create on ListWorld. By publishing a list, you grant ListWorld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the service — including in embed widgets and social share previews.

You are responsible for the content you publish and represent that you have the right to publish it. Do not publish content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors.

Voting and moderation

Votes are limited to one per account per item and are subject to rate limits and automated anomaly detection to protect the integrity of rankings. We may hide, unlist, or remove content, and may suspend or ban accounts, that violate these terms or our community guidelines, following the process described in our reports and moderation system.

Copyright and DMCA

If you believe content on ListWorld infringes your copyright, submit a notice through our DMCA page. We respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the reported content and may terminate accounts found to be repeat infringers.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to ListWorld for violating these terms, at our discretion.

Disclaimers

ListWorld is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ListWorld, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ListWorld after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
